Jeremy Dunlap is a North Texas entrepreneur based in Howe, Texas, and the owner of Grind Coffee Company, a family-owned mobile coffee company established in 2025 in Van Alstyne, Texas.
What started as a family venture with a single coffee trailer has grown into a community fixture, serving crafted brews, cold beverages, and snacks at local events across Grayson County. Jeremy oversees every part of the operation — from the menu to the trailer build-out — and is currently scouting a second permanent location in the Gunter area.
